"Most desirable location with lots of growth"

Location: Wolli Creek is the gateway to southern Sydney. 10 mins by car, you are in CBD or eastern suburbs and 5 mins to M5, Newtown or beaches. Handy to the airport yet you can hardly hear the noise from aircrafts simply because it is not under flight paths (unlike most of the Inner West suburbs being effected by aircrafts noise).

Public transport: Wolli Creek train station is the hub of two lines - Sutherland to Bondi line and airport line. This means you get frequent express train to CBD in only 10 mins. Leave your car at home!

Best streets: Knoll Ave and Bonar St as you are far enough to stay away from the noise from railway yet close enough to walk to the station in just 6 mins.

Strong growth: Local shopping centre with cinema will be completed in 2 years time. Large project at Cooks Cove employment zone is going to generate 16000 jobs. Biggest Ikea is being built in Tempe which is 2 mins away from Wolli Creek.

Why would you buy a house in Marrickville (5 mins away) when you can get one in here for 200k less ?!

Someone i know called Nahas and was advised it will be completed in may 2012. As for the cinemas i think its just a marketing gimmick used by the realestate agent to sell off the plan properties.
