We have lived here for several years and have found the street perfect for raising young children. An active Neighbourhood Watch and Kananook Creek committee keep the area clean and safe. The local Kananook kinder is just around the corner and is fantastic. Friendly neighbours and such a diverse range of people from elderley to working couples and young families. The walking tracks and quiet local beach have been great for the children and getting some exercise pushing the pram. With the cul-de-sac at Rosslyn Court the street only has local traffic and no hoons! With great affordability for housing in Melbourne, we couldn't have done better.
