Mount Waverley

"Starting to become like Glen Waverley"

Most of the people here are retirees or cashed up migrant families so it's quite a boring neighbourhood. I noticed that those people who lived in this area for long seems not happy with their new neighbours. I say more than half of them have already sold or are planning to sell their property to cash in with the ridiculous high price. There are train stations in the area but parking is a big problem. Not sure on the comments here about plenty of parking? Where?

A good post but a little harsh. I think people who have lived here for 30 years are definitely struggling with their 'new neighbours' but that's because they're resistant to change. I feel at the moment we are going through a lot of change in Mount Waverley which will settle soon as everyone gets to know each other. And, yes the parking at the station is terrible on the Miller Crescent side. Some days I have to park and walk 10 minutes!
