Strempel Ave

"Fabulous street for a young family"

It's just about your perfect urban environment for a young family.

Strempel Avenue is occupied by a high number of young families and the quiet no thru street is a great environment allowing them to socialise with each other safely. On a week end you will often see a cricket game going on in the street and the young ones commuting freely between homes.

Most of the younger kids go to either the private school or the public school which is in safe walking distance a couple of hundred metres around the corner.

Both schools are fantastic with great facilities, excellent teachers and amazing community support.

Older children have a short bus ride to a range of excellent schools and even the eastern suburbs of Adelaide are easily accessible for them.

The residents of Strempel Avenue are all very friendly and supportive of each other while being mindful of the need to preserve privacy. You'll always get some smiles and waves if you're out walking in the garden.

We all appreciate the contrasts of Hahndorf with its vibrant main street just a few minutes walk away which is full of interesting boutiques, gift shops, restaurants and pubs. Great spot for a stroll after lunch if you've had friends over for a Sunday barbeque. In contrast Strempel Avenue is just two streets away and is quiet, leafy and private.

With Mount Barker and Stirling nearby all the shopping variety you need is close at hand. Adelaide is only 30 minutes away and an easy drive down the freeway.... the town is in a great spot for convenience and city commuting.

The whole area is packed with interesting townships and places of interest set in the prettiest parts of the Adelaide Hills.

The climate is great and is just a bit milder than Adelaide. You can open the windows in the evening after a hot day and let the cool hills breeze in for the night.... how relaxing is that?!

Strempel Avenue is a fabulous street in a beautiful town in a gorgeous part of the Adelaide Hills.

Are ya jealous yet???
