Bundoora has recently become more costly in the recent years. House prices have gone up but there has been houses that have been bought for a bargain. There is a lot of parks and great open spaces. The nearest shops are at walking distance.

Then there is the traffic. It is a shocker between 8:00 and 11. And between 3:30-6:300 but what area doesn't have traffic between those times. It is a lovely area overall. I have lived here for 9 years now and I have no real complaints. The trip to lygon would take around 40 minutes. Good place.
