Bluefields Parkway

"Good Family Living"

Great family living. There is a school one end of the street and a park the other which is a beautiful park, very good for children or walking the dog. The street has good appeal with most houses being good quality. A shopping centre has just been completed nearby which has an excellent variety of shops for the family. Good access to the beach which is Warnbro Sound which has won the best natural beach award for several years. The waters here are crystal clear and great for the kids. There is a top quality golf course within Port Kennedy. If you would like to know more about this area please feel free to email [email protected]

Safety Bay

"Living by the beach at it's best"

Having grown up in Safety Bay and living there or nearby for the past 50 years I feel I can speak with authority on this subject. This is beachside living at it's best. No matter where you are in the suburb of Safety Bay you are not far from a great beach. You have Warnbro Sound and the surrounding beaches which have won the best natural beach awards for a number of years and are set to continue to do so. The streets are mostly wide with big blocks. It's not far to the main Rockingham City Shopping centre or Cafe strip on the Rockingham foresore. If you have a family you can be sure trips to Penguin Island to see the hundreds of penguins living there or the seals on nearby islands will be a winner for the kids. Boating, which has been my favourite pastime for years, is great. There are some great reefs for scuba diving not far off the coast and the fishing is great once you know where to go. Traffic can be busy at peak times but most of the time it's fairly quiet and you have quick access to the Freeway to either travel to perth or further south. The train, which is a five minute drive away takes around 30 minutes to Perth. With the proposed marinas and other developments planned for Rockingham the prices here are likely to rise, with property prices still well below Perth this area is a great place to buy. If you need further info please feel free to email a local at [email protected]. My motto is " Helping you make the right move"

Waikiki

"Beachside living at it's BEST !!!!"

Only the lucky ones get to live in Hilda Rd, Waikiki. Nice wide street with big block sizes. Even at the furthest point in the street you are located just a short walk to one of the best beaches on the west coast. Warnbro Sound has won the best natural beach awards several times and looks like continuing to do so. There is nothing like walking along this beach in the early morning, peaceful and quiet with crystal clear water. No 6 Hilda Rd is set high up with magnificent views towards Mandurah and back towards Penguin Island. It's just a short drive to the train station which will get you to perth in around 35 minutes. This is the idylic beachside lifestyle yet still close to Perth if needed. With the planned developments in Rockingham this area is hopefully set to get some good price rises in the future. Similar properties further north on the coast are worth three times as much or more.

Curlewis Drive

"Easy access to freeway and shops"

You will find Curlewis Drive, Baldivis tucked away in a leafy suburd just off the Freeway not far from Hungry Jacks, the bottle shop and service station at the Baldivis exit. This location gives you easy access to the Freeway with around a 40 minutes drive to Perth or Mandurah. It's around a 20 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes to the train station which will put you in the city in 30 minutes.

Cannes Place

"Easy access to Beaches, Freeway, Shopping Centres's and Train Station"

Cannes Place is a quiet cul-de-sac and is located in a position where you have quick access to the main road leading to the Train Station ( a walkable distance ) also the beach ( beautiful Warnbro sound), the Freeway, it's two turns and your on a direct road to the freeway and your not too far from both Waikiki and Warnbro Shopping centres. Both these centres are not as big as the main Rockingham City, however they can satisfy most needs on a weekly basis. Rockingham City Shopping centre, which can cater for most retail needs is only about a ten minute drive and also has a number of good brand restaurants and a state of the art cinema complex. This duplex property at Cannes Place would be ideal for the single person, working or retired couple and is at an ideal price range for the first home buyer.

Rockingham

"Rockingham the Aquatic Playground"

The city of Rockingham is just a 35 minute drive south of Perth and is ideal for those who want to enjoy an excellent quality of life by the seaside. Rockingham is a rapidly developing residential area, with substantial industrial and commercial areas, and a naval area on Garden Island

There are ample shops for shopping enthusiasts as well as plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Some within the real estate industry still consider Rockingham to be a hidden jewel, with prices still at a moderate level and set to rise with the possible construction of two proposed marinas on the only north facing shoreline within the metroploitan area.

Rockingham's slogan is "your aquatic playground". A lifestyle most only dream about, with the best of beaches where you can go swimming, snorkelling, sailing, surfing, or try the jetties for fishing and crabbing. Many of Rockinghams beaches are safe for children.

You can go swimming with the wild dolphins or scuba dive off the many offshore reefs or take the ferry to nearby Penguin Island to see the gorgeous fairy penguins close up. Penguin Island is home to about 1200 little penguins, Penguin feeding and expert commentaries are conducted daily. The island is also a very important nesting, feeding and roosting site for over 50 species of seabirds and a rare nesting site for a rare Australian sea lion.

Consider improving your quality of life and make the move to Rockingham. If you would like any further info contact the area expert Paul Ellis on [email protected]. Paul has lived in Rockingham for over 50 years and is a great place to start to learn where to buy in Rockingham
