Grace Street

"Cute Cottages with a splash of the new"

Grace St, Goodwood is a cute little street running off the western side of King William Rd. Predominantly 1890 - 1920's Architecture but with a few new townhouses at the eastern end and a couple of 1950's homes also. Recently I sold a single fronted two bedroom cottage in the street without any advertising in the high $500,000's, which was great for the owner as it had been on the market for some time previously with another agent. The access to King William Rd and the CBD is one of the great benefits of this location. I would strongly recommend buyers considering buying in the city fringe to keep an eye on Grace St as it is in my opinion a terrific location in which to buy.

King William Road

"The Social Hub of the Inner South"

King William Rd runs from Greenhill Rd through to Northgate Street in Unley Park. With a mix of commercial and residential real estate King William Rd has long been a very popular location for retail and commercial premises with some grand old Villa's and modern townhouse developments thrown into the mix. Towards the Goodwood, Unley and Hyde Park end of the road is the many boutiques, cafes and restaurants that help make it one of the most popular social hubs of the inner south precinct.
