Cheryl Crescent

"Cheryl Crescent - It's All About The View!"

Cheryl Cr, Newport is located off Wallumatta Road and winds it's way up to Bilgola Plateau. Sections of Cheryl Crescent are steep however the pay off is the magnificent views that are on offer.

There is a small pocked of properties just past Belinda Crescent that have spectacular views over Newport Beach, however the majority of properties have views over Pittwater. Parking can be limited so when searching for a property it is best to short list those with a double lock up garage or multiple off street car parking spaces.

It is also important to consider the ongoing maintenance requirements of the individual blocks as some are steeper or have more vegetation than others.

Cheryl Cr is ideal for families with teenage children who love the ocean/Pittwater views but don't necessarily need a large backyard.
