I have lived in Freshwater Circuit since 2001. It is virtually on the lake but is not a major thoroughfare along the lake, so there is very little traffic and it is super quite. From Freshwater, you can walk to the lake, the main shops, the shops at Woogaroo, Forest Lake Primary and Junior College, Forest Lake High and Senior College. There is a bus stop on Lockwood Ave - 50m away. What's more, it is one of the RARE LOCATIONS where you can get TRUE CABLE INTERNET in Forest Lake. All the neighbours are brilliant and most are owner-occupiers. Houses vary in size from villas to large, high quality family homes. General price for villa in Freshwater is low-mid $400k and for the bigger family homes you are looking at mid - high $500k (possibly even hitting $600k for one or two of excellent quality). It's the location that wins with this street. I've lived in College Park F/lake and Settlers but Lakeside - and Freshwater especially - is just the best.
