Nollamara is a booming and fast developing suburd with loads of potential in accordance with its perfect location.Located 9KM to CBD only 10mins drive to CBD when travel on Wanneroo RD ro Flinders St. Since the selling price in Yokine & Dianella has uprised drastically, Nollamara, as a border suburd with them, has now booming; And just next to Balcatta, Nollamara is only 15mins drive to the popular beach that residents here can easily drive to beach and enjoy relaxing moments there but not to be bothered by swamps of cars in front of your houses. Lots of shopping options such as Galleria Morley, Mirrabooka shopping center or Dianella Plaza are short drive away, also the local shopping center can meet the daily needs. Hardworking first home buyers, professionals or migrants keep moving in and this place should be a nice one to live in.

I can't agree more with you. To nest or invest, it won't be a question in Nollamara! It is a booming suburb with loads of potential. How can you find a better place that centrally located 10KM to CBD, 15mins to best beach, and swamp of spanking new,modern fashionable villas or townhouse but impecably affordable price!
