Cunningham Street
"A rural retreat close to the city"
Cunningham Street is in the shadow of the Swann Road ridge and misses the worst of the weather and heavy traffic. Yet it's close to a high-frequency train route and many bus routes, making the city centre minutes away, and very close to schools and shops. The University of Queensland St Lucia campus is also convenient. On a weekend, it's so quiet, you could be living in a rural village, you can take a train and be in the city centre in less than 15 minutes.
And it's above the flood level...
