To me, Oxford St. is the best street in the best suburb in Adelaide therefore making it the best residential hub in the State. Within a half hout walk to the East End, Adelaide Oval, North Adelaide, Universities, River Torrens, Botanic Gardens, etc. - I could go on forever!

Hackney has the character, charm and exclusiveness that many suburbs lack.

If I had one choice of location to bet my house on in terms of increasing capital value in the whole of Australia, my choice would be Hackney.
