Fernley Avenue

"1950s clinker heaven"

Fernley avenue was established in the early 1950s with housing constructed through to 1959. Most blocks are circa. 800m2 with clinker, double brick construction.

Street frontages include established deciduous trees giving fantastic street appeal. Macleod shops and train station are only 600m away.

Over the coming years the 7 houses and one unit in the street will sure to be renovated from WWII post-war era to modern standards making this a highly sought after street.

Great for

  • Close to schools and shops
  • Only 7 houses in the street

Not great for

  • Off street parking during Dec - Feb (nearby school books store opens) but with large block sizes, you dont need to park off-street

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Families with kids
