"Great Suburb & Great Location for everything"
Very Green, and safe & quiet suburb. Centrally located now to access city and other parts of sydney. Cannot complain as long as you can afford to live.

"Not so central to access transport"
the suburb is not easily accessible for public transport, and you hit the busy beecroft road. Epping has become quite central now. The suburb is ok for people who like the bushy outlook and 15-20 trees around them, with insect noises in the night, and mosquitoes around.

It is not insects that bother us.If you have trees around then obviously you have insects. Cars race down Murray Farm Road at high speeds roughly every hour in the night screeching as they tackle the bend before Kirkham.Public transport is fine if you are within walking distance of Beecroft station. Sadly, I do not drive and live down the back of Orchard Road, so I agree transport is a problem.When I moved here I saw bus stops all down the road. I didn't realise that the bus service had been cut back.Bus stops does not mean buses.
Preeti a train every 15 minutes with a 35 minute journey + trains to Hornsby Strayhfield and buses elsewhere what do you want?
It is laso a 20 minute drive to Macquarie street
I agrree lets kill all the bugs and concrete it all!
