Guildford West
"Rose of the West"
Guildford West is an increasingly growing suburb. With a high rate of newly weds purchasing in the area, preparing their homes for a near future upbringing.
It is extremely peaceful and close to all amenities, pools, libraries, shops, schools, hospitals and plenty of restaurants in neibouring Parramatta.
It is truly a glowing little gem in the suburbs.
Great for
- Plenty of Shops, Schools, Cafes, Libraries, trains
- Neighbouring suburbs with hospitals & care facilities
Not great for
- Better roadwork needed to access city
