Mount Annan Drive

"Close to everything!"

This street is surprisingly quiet, The homes all have a great re-sale value and are great for people who want to live close to the shops, schools, gym, medical centre, nursery, and close enough to access the M5.

Mount Annan

"A perfect place for the family to live!"

Mount Annan is 50 kilometres south west of the Sydney CBD. Regular bus services operate between Mount Annan and Campbelltown Station, which provides a rail link to central Sydney.

Mount Annan offers excellent opportunities for people seeking family homes. Most homes have been built in the last 20 years and have been designed with the needs of families in mind; typically, homes provide extensive living areas and a minimum of three bedrooms. The overwhelming majority of homes sit on very sizeable blocks - often around the 600 square metre mark. The suburb also offers a range of small residential complexes and duplexes.

Mount Annan has its own public school which educates children from kindergarten to year six, and its own secondary school, Mount Annan High. Tertiary students are within east reach to Campbelltown TAFE and the Macarthur Campus of the University of Western Sydney; both are about 15 minutes' away in Campbelltown Central.

Mount Annan Market Place and Mount Annan Shopping Village are home to large supermarkets along with independent butchers, grocers and bakeries. Larger shopping centres are nearby at Narellan Town Centre and Macarthur Square in Campbelltown.

It's hard to go past the Botanical Gardens if you're looking for a pleasant place to exercise, or to unwind.
