Alice springs is real Australia , construction is good here and you can find some very nice residential property here, especially in Golf course area and near by suburb ,

Great for

  • Population is increasing so more demand of homes

Not great for

  • Its desert area with lot of winds, house maintenace is a problem as well as maintaining garden are some issues

Alice Springs is a terrible place to live. Its very unsafe with a huge amount of crime.

Stay out of Alice Springs, the crime rates are very high and it turns into a warzone at night time. There is nothing to do either, just sand.
