Clyde North

"Fantastic location"

Clyde north is a up coming suburb which is located just below Berwick. Berwick is called the Toorak of the west so clyde north shares a part of that title and share the amenities of berwick.
Schools, hospitals, Parks, Transport and even shopping centers are just hands reach.
Plenty of hwy options Monash fwy. south gippsland hwy, east link

There is so much greenery comparing to the north and west, loving it.

It's a rough suburb 50km from city centre , with the highest crime rates in victoria for the past 3 years, peak hour traffic is the worst & above all surrounded by some of the roughest suburbs in outer south east. No train station & secondary colleges around.
