Very nice, peaceful area. Best place in South of City. Calm and green. Ordinary and not very passion. Good size allotments. Close to City and other places. Not too close to City. Mid-way to Glenelg beach and city and So like to be there.

- Improve lighting in the area. Improve telecommunication more

- Old houses are more demanded and nice old homes and structuaraly sound well.
