Banksia Terrace

"Great Area To Live"

Walk to the river, great view of the city and has the Kensington Primary School across the road from a popular cafe; the Banksia.

Kensington

"Inner City Delight"

A great small suburb bounded by Como, South Perth and Victoria Park. Just a walk away from cafe strips and the Swan River it is great for people who like to live an easy lifestyle or families with kids. With great City views and close for people working in the city you will be sure to love it!

Great for

  • Close to the city and the suburb includes shops, foreshore and cafes

Caversham

"Move somewhere else if you are looking for the Swan Valley"

If you move to Caversham thinking you will get the Swan Valley experience cheaper- you're wrong. The suburb is becoming more and more dangerous as estate suburbs within the region start springing up. The community is horrible and the streets are a very dangerous place to be. If you want to move into the Swan Valley, go to Middle Swan or other surrounding areas.

Not great for

  • Becoming infested with people from Midland moving down to get closer to the city
  • Horrible and dangerous streets
  • BOGANS
  • Rather close to "chook farm" = sometimes causes slight smell in warmer months
  • Some un-groomed gardens (residents)
  • Transport is very bad, buses every half hour, during rush hour!
