Pattison Street

"Quick trip to CBD, city bike paths at door, opposite recreation oval, best location"

Pattison St is located in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne. It is situated between Ormond Road and Dean St with the houses being predominantly Californian Bungalow period. It is a well lit street with a bowling club, bike paths and a large recreation ground making it perfect for raising a family and then later retiring. (Once there you'll never need to move). Nearby facilities include the Moonee Valley Racecourse, Melbourne Zoo, Royal Park golf course, Puckle street shops and cafe's, good schools and a very pleasant neighbourly environment. Being close to the city avoids the long traffic jams found just about everywhere else in Melbourne. Bus routes at either end of the street and within walking distance of major bus hub and tram/train. Easy and pleasant bike trip into the CBD via the bikepath. Close to major hospitals, good schools and easy trip out on the freeway to the airport. Perfect location for anybody who can find a house to buy as they don't come on the market very often.
