"A ghetto in Western Sydney"
South Windsor is a very low socio economic area in Western Sydney. Definetely the Hawkesbury's worst suburb on par with notorious suburbs like Mt Druitt and Doonside. North Richmond, Richmond and the rest of the Hawkesbury is pretty much the same. South Windsor is notorious for being a low socio economic suburb with crime like drug dealing, stabbings, robberies being a regular thing on a day to day basis. The suburb has terrible public transport, roads and shops. Living here is very cheap which is good for people looking for affordable homes. I believe the five star rating reviews are just real estate agents tring to get people to buy the homes here. The people here can be nice but most are sketchy hoodlums. Overall South Windsor is a very rough suburb not for people who get scared easily or who are from the city.

- Tarin station is very old needs to be upgraded on both side
