"Best of both worlds"

If you want to avoid the hussle of city life and enjoy the piece of country life then give Whyalla a go!
A five minute drive from one end of town to another! Who could complain. I love it here!

"Best Of Both Worlds"

I lived in Whyalla as a young child, but left in the year 1991 to start a career in Adelaide. I moved back to Whyalla in 2001. I haven't looked back!

If your looking for a relaxing life style, you can't go past this town. Who can complain when we have the Ocean on one side of town and the country 10 minutes to the other!

The fishing is brilliant, the beach is a must and the locals won't let you down for a friendly conversation.

We have the best shopping outside of Adelaide. Together with the local main street and Westlands shopping centre, there is no shortage of a great variety!

There is plenty to do. We have fantastic sports facilities, Little Athletics, Dance schools, local Theatre groups, cinema, cafe's, Dirt Circuit, Motorcross, Speedway, Go Carts, weekend karaoke and disco's. To name a few.

We have some brilliant schools too. (One literally runs along Skurray street)

I would recommend it to anyone who is after a relaxing place to live that gives you the city advantages without the city hussle and bussle. :)

Especially Skurray street, Its a very nice area!
