"Area is ok, however can be noisy"
The area isn't bad, however there are bogans in the street that roar up and down in their bombs at all hours. Most neighbours are friendly when you see them.

Squared the ledger with one of the bogans living on Goldner Circuit several years ago. Two litres of Mission Brown enamel paint delivered in the dead of night and plenty of drying time. I almost pissed myself laughing when I saw him driving out of the area the next morning.
