"Stress-free suburb to live in, not much traffic, beautiful tree lined streets in matthews hill pocket"
I love how Sunshine is so close to the city (12kms!), plenty of multi-cultured eateries, friendly down-to-earth residents. Cafe culture is starting to spread here!
