Lovely quiet street with not a lot of through traffic. Good street vibe, friendly neighbours. Lots of dogs, but none roaming around free. Quite a few cats too. Great for couples and young families.

Bell st is pretty loud and not great for babies. The are parks, but you have to look hard. Footpaths are good for a pram most of the time. My mum struggles to find a good coffee though.

Older neighbourhood (for now) with not much sense of community unless you're Italian or Greek. Dogs not looked kindly upon. Very noisy on Bell st itself
