Lathlain

"Hidden Location"

My partner and I have lived in Lathlain for almost 4 years, we love it, close to the city, river and Vic Park,South Perth, Burswood and Como dining spots. If you want a big shopping centre its only 5 minutes to Belmont or Carousel. The streets are quiet despite being close to Orrong Road (we are on Keyes St which is blocked off both ends, so only local traffic). Walking distance from dog friendly parks and a short drive to many other lovely parks. Not many people seem to know Lathlain exists, still many affordable properties here, get in while you can. Things coming are: underground power, development of the Lathlain Oval (Cafe's parks, etc) and hopefully the new sports stadium at Burswood with development of the Burswood train station. Also we are only 1km from the Vic Park Train station.....fantastic location at a good price.

Keyes Street

"Hidden Tree Lined Quiet"

Keyes St is full of friendly neighbours who look out for each other, it is close to Orrong Rd but with no through traffic is very quiet, easy to get to the city, river and Vic Park. New places popping up all the time, Matas on Archer St for a delicious breakfast or lunch, Organic cafe and shop on Gallipoli St, Park in walking distance. Lots of new building and renovation going on, get in while you can! We love it here. Steph and Steve.
