Nestled in the Becton development 'The Park' Seisman Place is a quiet, neighbourly place to live with all you could want only a stroll away. The beach is just up the road, Bay Street eateries and shops around the corner. We've just moved from the bustle of Southbank which was becoming a little over crowded, especially on weekends, when parking was at a premium (putting off guests just popping over) and Crown casino and esplanade attracting the outer suburban hordes.

So far we have really enjoyed the laid back feel of the development, but also that people say 'hi' in the street! We can't wait until Summer when fish and chips on the beach or BBQ with friends on the balcony whilst soaking up the atmosphere.
