Blakeview

"Great place to live in the Northern Suburbs"

Blakeview is a new developing area with much to offer. The area spans from the eastern side of main north rd up to the foot hills and provides a lovely outlook from many streets with a diversity of residential building design. This is by far the best of the Northern suburbs... I wouldn't live anywhere else around here. There are local shopping centres and schools nearby and the addition of Delfins Blakes Cross development in Blakeview will also provide a nice shopping precinct for existing residents and new residents building in the area. We lived in our first house in the old part of Blakeview and have recently built in Blakeview Grove along the foothill. Our house is a 10 min walk to the future Blakes Crossing Town Centre without the price tag!! Realty SA who developed our estate have designed a linear park which will provide most streets with access to a walking trail.. although they have not finished this as yet. We are happy with our new house and the houses that are being built around us. The area has increased in value and we were surprised at the market value of our old house and value of our newly built house... fantastic! The area is a safe place to live and I always see people walking or exercising in the morning, day and night. We are a young professional couple (in our early 30's) and have found that most of our neighbours are professionals with young families or are semi-retired. This is consistent with the demographics for Blakeview. If you want to live or buy in Northern suburbs come and have a look at Blakeview.
