"A better choice than Adelaide anyway.."
Congested, noisey and with narrow-streets, however I still think a better choice than Adelaide mainly due to its location and the superior climate.

"A lovely place to live, if you can handle many pests"
A very pretty town and extremely friendly.

"Depressing.."
It was a reasonable town to live in many years ago but is dying a long slow death. The town is generally clicky and not a good environment if you have any mental health issues. A tough, gritty, dour place with a strong underlying drug culture. Some neighbours can be extremely noisy and selfish. Best thing about it is the location and parklands.

- Pests (but no more than usual)
- Not right on the water (maybe good also)
