I have lived here since 2004. I dont think the area is any worse than surrounding suburbs really. Taigum Centro, Chermside Westfield, Hypermarket & Aspley Coles all within two minute drive. Train station a 5 minute walk.
I have never had a bad experience at all in the whole time I have lived here. I live on the Aspley side and apart from a busy street I have no complaints. Lots of walkers and joggers are in my immediate area. Lots of families around. I have families opposite me and on either side of me. Have had one drunk lady ONCE and she was from a party over the road. She picked one of my flowers from my garden. Hardly worth putting my house on the market for. All up, I love my house and my area.
