I love living in this street. Quiet and family orientated. The neighbours pop out each afternoon for a social ber as the kids play cricket in the street. What a way to relax. Couldn't find a better street if you tried.

We have been residence for some years now and the area is brilliant. Lots of Parks and walk areas, great for couples and new family starters. Neighbours in this street are just adorable with a great neighbourhood watch n place. Train station is 500m walk and other than the occassional plane it is relatively quite. Great spot to watch the Brisbane Fireworks. The realestate agents that look after this area are the friendliest and honest you have ever seen. This is our second property through them. The Property Manager is only OK as they recently took over the management and have a lot to catch up on. Although they aren't as great with tenants requests from what I have heard. Lots of people with dogs and it is a big social gathering each afternoon in the park. Perfect place to live. Would never move.

I live in Felis Street Apartments. This street is typical city living. Great for retaurants and going out, Botanic Gardens are just around the corner and fantastic if you just want to walk home after a big night on the town. These apartments are Managed by a family, mother, father and daughter that are very intrusive if you are a renter. We were going to buy the unit we were in but were turned off by the Management, very rude and unhelpful. We baught elsewhere in the city and move out next month. We enjoyed the views and city lifestyle but it is extremely noisy even with the double glazed windows. Especially at about 2-4am when the rubbish trucks come around and empty all the empty bottles from restaurants, it echos through your apartment. Parking is terrible, my family have received many $50 infringement notices for being there 1 minute over the specified time and Building Management only allow visitors to stay a few hours. If you have a guest stay overnight they will be visiting you first thing in the morning. Very grumpy and intrusive Management. Would never buy there.
