Marsden Park

"Bland with bad traffic"

Overpriced cookie cutter properties. No trees, nothing interesting nearby, unbearable traffic with hardly any entry/exits into the suburb.

Great if you like staying at home all the time or sitting in traffic in an oversized SUV.

Kellyville

"Middle of nowhere, boring and hot"

Typical new estate, houses so close to each other they are almost touching. Almost all of the houses look the same, like living in a cookie cutter suburb. Lacks character, feel and anything interesting. Very far from everything.

No trees or greenery to be seen, hot as a furnace in summer, no shade and very little parklands. Very narrow streets and roads, which are unbearably busy, traffic is barely crawling along. Not close to decent public transport such as trains and buses to main work areas (CBD & Parramatta), owning a vehicle is a must.

Full of young bland families trying to get ahead, very little to do in area and surrounding suburbs, just like most new suburbs in Western Sydney, boring place to live. Best way to sum it up is expensive and boring!

Who lives here?

  • Families with kids

Some of your perceptions might offend some but having lived here for 20 years your spot on.Kellyville has a complete lack of neighborhood character.

YOu are being offensive to the residents in the area you may say to suggest. but I'm sure its not to bad and everyone's opinion is different it may suit their family and needs you never know.

I grew up at the Hills in the 80s and hate the monoculture of Kellyville. Revolting, evil property developers killed off all the native wildlife years ago.
