Love living in Lake Cathie. We were at the stage in life where we no longer required nightclubs and were ready for a quieter existence to start a family. We found Lake Cathie on the Mid North Coast which has the best weather and temperatures all year round. Great beaches for fishing, surfing or walking a dog. The best family friendly and safe swimming spot in the lake. A friendly small village 10 minutes south of Port Macqaurie. We left the city 4 years ago and never looked back. We were able to buy a large house with water views, when only having a normal suburban house in the city. Quality of life is better than ever!
