"Great Street Appeal with Friendly neighbors"

"The Sanctuary" would have to be one of the nicest estates throughout Aubin Grove and even the Cockburn Corridor to say the least. Boarding on the nature reserve provides us all with great walking paths and experiences for the kids to enjoy and parks are a plenty throughout the whole suburb & even a central lake with water fountains that look great when in operation. My street is one of the main entry & exit points to The Sanctuary estate but primarily used by locals so traffic is minimal. Plenty of families are able to be spotted walking the streets and enjoying this fantastic suburb and being located 50 metres of the park it's great to see so many kids out there having fun. As a mother of two I feel confident to allow my kids to enjoy the neighborhood we live in and what it has to offer instead of them playing computer games all days. Aubin Grove has a very mixed culture through out which is great to see but everyone is friendly and always greet you when you walk past or vise verser. Shops or lack of them has been a problem but fingers crossed by the end of 2010 the Aubin Grove Village will be fully completed & functioning which is much needed in the area.
Our Shopping Centre will have on offer Professional Businesses including Pilates, Chiropractor, Gym & Real Estate Office just to name a few plus the retail side which includes an IGA Supermarket, Liquor Store, Pizza Shop, Asian Take Away, Bakery, Chemist so the future looks bright!! We also have our own Medical Centre plus the newly completed Aubin Grove Community Sports Complex which is where monthly meetings are held by AGRA (aka) Aubin Grove Residents Association and your welcome to join at any time. This Comlpex is now home to the Jandakot Eagles Softball Group and future hopes of Soccer & T-Ball teams. To top it of the Aubin Grove Primary School which is currently under construction will be ready for commencement in 2011 and you can enroll your children now at either Harmony Primary in Atwell or Success Primary.
I've lived here for 2 years now and would only move if I could build again in this great suburb. The future for Aubin Grove is nothing but growth with quality homes, beautiful parks, great people & finally a Shopping Hub where heading into being the most desirable estate people will envy to move into only 20 minutes from the city (Not at peak hour though I must admit) .
