These new localities are good style living and very quite as there is not much rush in these areas. Equipped with all the modern facilities and amenities nearby like from schools to hospitals and childcare facilities with shopping centres and shopping strips nearby with coffee shops, fish n chips shops + almost everything within 5 mins drive. Also got a few gyms and fitness clubs that are new and modren...what else one will want from a locality .....i m shocked to see the viewpoint of one guy who said it's rubbish....

Location is very convenient as it's close to major Shopping Plazas, schools and hospitals + Medical centres as well as the child care facilities.
