Grandview Grove

"Seaforths Premier Address"

Grandview Grove is arguably one of the best streets in Seaforth. Its has a mix of classic large family homes and newly completed ultra modern mansions. Its a wide street with newly laid footpaths on either side of the road. It is extremily child and family friendly with all of the kids in the street mixing and playing well together. Most of the homes have either stunning city/district views or water views over middle harbour/port Jackson. The street has a warm friendly feel, is very peaceful of an evening. It is a short stroll to the city express bus and Seaforth shops. 5 minute drive to Manly beach and a 10 minute walk to the Seaforth pontoon where children can go fishing. The entire street is very well maintained and presented beautifully. Prices for homes in this street range from $1.7mm to $4.5mm (street record set in 2010). I would strongly recommend any family / professionals who are consider living in Seaforth or the Northern Beaches to live in Grandview Grove.
