Having lived in the outer suburbs, I expected more of a "city" feel, but Kensington somehow manages a "country" feel - with friendly people and lovely safe culture within the neighbourhood and local school. Small backyards are made up for with the fantastic outdoor playground/park areas. Access to the city is brilliant - being a 50-minute walk or a 10-minute train ride.
