Seabrook

"Good quality living environment"

My family live in Homestead run estate in Seabrook for half a year now, since the development of Point cook and Santaury Lake, Seabrook reap the reward for so close to all these facilities, all within walking distance or short drive to shopping centre, medical centre, childcare centre, parks, lakes, playground and community centre etc.. Seabrook is also close to main access to Princess Highway so congestion is not so bad and furthermore Williams landing Aircraft, Laverton train stations also nearby. I particularly love the neighborhood here is so friendly and easy to get along with, my neighbour kids came out and play with my 2 year old daughter on the first day we moved in, also other neighbour help us to push our rubbish bin back to our front yard every monday. Regarding the internet it is on regional zone which means you are paying a bit more for internet but so far the internet speed is fantastic; we are getting ADSL2+ on average speed of 6-8 Mbps. So in short I love this place and absolutely enjoy it.
