Picnic Point

"Quiet Suburb close to the River."

Visited here many times. Friends live here.
Always seems like a good clean suburb.
Nice pizza shops in nearby suburb of PANANIA.
Traffic can get a little congested though.
Close to georges river for all you water sports freaks.

Concord

"A small shade of its former glory.. A changing suburb.???"

My family grew up in the area and over the years we have seen the suburb change.
Most of my family and relations still live in and around concord although it isn't like it was once upon a time.
Changing economic and cultural demographics has made this suburb a small shade of its former glory days. Busy traffic, high rents, change in % of owner occupied properties and other factors have made this inner west suburb fall down the ladder in rank.
After 45 years in the area we have finally sold up and headed for the the hills district. Parklands, families and friendly residents. A trait CONCORD once had.. We wont be coming back.

Ellis Place

"“KINGS LANGLEY is a fantastic place to live”"

Ellis Place seems to be one of the more popular cul de sacs in Kings Langley. It is located on the east side of Kings langley located closer to Bella Vista and is easy access to highways and main roads. Within the last 3 months, 2 houses have sold within hours of being put on the market.
Great credit and character to a good street and the people who live in it. Kings Langley is a great place to live. Just ask anyone who lives there.

Kings Langley

"“A perfect place to live, no matter your age”"

Kings Langley is reknown for being a quiet suburb and near by all motorways. The M4 (now Toll free) providing fast and easy access to Penrith and Blue Mountains, the M7/Cumberland Highway to the outer Western Suburbs. To the Airport via M2 & M5 and pretty much anywhere you want to go in good time.

A very quiet suburb and a recommendation to all people looking for a peaceful place to live.

A choice of 2 local shopping centre areas, and also a choice of Westpoint shopping centre, newly built Rousehill shops and also castle hill towers are all within a short drive. There are plenty of Parks in the area and many bike tracks and walking paths.

The City is only 20 minutes (weekends) away via M2, yet local.
No need to go anywhere just rotate locally. Have lived in Kings Langley for 3 years now and love it.
Anyone is friendly in this neighbourhood.
