I was a bit afraid to be in this city and finally, I'm really surprised. Everyone say hello and talk. Those so called scary people are not so scary.. The city council is really good and helpfull. The security is really good too.
It is true, we can see several old houses but there are also many new and renovated ones. Good place for school too. The Centenary Park is really quiet, beautifull and the playground for the kids is clean, just front to the ducks and birds. Everything is made to enjoy your place. Sport, shopping centers, transport... The airport is not as noisy as we thought: we barely notice it, it is really occasional, like for the chogm. If you need to be sure for the noise, just listen during the visit.

For me it's a really good investment to be here.The prices are affordables so close to the city center.
