We moved here from Sydney and lvoed it straight away. So close to the lake its a different life at a much more affordable price! On the good side of Toronto you are getting great value from money and are very close to Fennell Bay and the shops and restaurants of Warners Bay as well as Toronto shops with a Coles, Woolies and ALDI being very close by and a 15 minute drive to Glendale Stocklands which has anything else you want (Bunnings, Kmart open til midnight, Event cinemas, Harris Farm just to name a s few) without the massive crowds we love it :) If you are a party animal probably not for you although Newcastle is only 30 mins away but you could move closer if prepared to pay more. For families or those who like a quiet social life with nice cafes , restaurants and views around its great and a great change from the hussle and bussle of Sydney. Only downside would be not much choice in Internet providers our service with Telstar is great no complaints but they were the only option at our house.
