"A disapointment"

Looks great when you drive through the main streets but looks can be decieving which is such a shame.
High level of Homeswest and Rental housing.
Gorgeous parks but lots of undesirables around which wrecks it.
Would be great for a young family trying to find a lovely cheap house but be prepared as you wont make money on your home.
Lots of great community activites.

Great for

  • Great community activities
  • Parks and beaches
  • Friendly family orientated

Not great for

  • Too many Homeswest housing
  • Hoons
  • Rubbish

Hi, can you tell me what streets are the Homeswest homes??
We live in Sydney and are about to purchase our first home in Butler, but have been put off by all the comments made regarding the homeswest situation...
Are they mainly in a certain area? Street names would be appreciated, I believe the property we're looking at buying is classified as being in 'The Dunes"...
What Street are you in?
I need advise urgently as we are about to place a deposit... (or not)...
