Golden Bear Drive

"Party central"

We had to rent in this area for 6 months and I wished someone had informed me about the street being 'party central', we would have never moved here and we are counting down the days to move away.
Obviously no one cares for the area. A drive up the street reveals cars parked on footpaths and front yards. The street is very narrow and house allotments very small, with houses built close to the front of the street. You can hear neighbours conversations and of course every weekend there is music booming well after midnight.
Dogs bark relentlessly and neighbours are inconsiderate . There are plagues of mosquitoes due to swamps in the area.
Being a long term GC resident this area was prestigious many years ago. Unfortunetly many are now rentals and they are being rented out to young single people who dont give a sh**. I feel sorry for the very few owners who have kept their gardens and houses in good condition, just to have a rental property trashed beside them.

Zenith Crescent

"Living on top of the world with convenience at your doorstep"

Zenith Cres is the most prestigious street in Pac Pines. All house blocks in this street are huge (over 850m) and houses are also presitigeous. Our house had complete 360 degree views, hinterland & coastal. To wake up to the view of trawlers heading out to the sea from the broadwater was amazing. Best ever views for New Years eve. We would sit on the balcony and view all fire works on the coast, taking in Wet & Wild, Movie world, Dreamworld, Paradise Point, Sea World, Surfers Paradise & Burleigh. How spectacular!
We were lucky (due to the positioning & height of the house) no-one could destroy our hinterland views from the back of the house. Neighbours are considerate and friendly, and the street (being a cresent) rarely has any traffic. Large shopping Centre (Westfield) in close proximity, also train and bus services. Plenty of doctors surgerys, private & public schools to choose from and the estate has the best community parks to accomodate all families
