A lovely street, with great, friendly neighbours. Many a street party has been had in this amazing little community. I have never lived somewhere where people were so happy to be helpful and considerate but not intrusive. The road is situated in a great position, opposite parks, and minutes from the beach. Excellent schools both primary and secondary in walking distance and a shopping centre that has all you need. In addition you are walking distance from the shopping centre at Currambine and all that has to offer including a movie house. Only metres from an excellent public transport system that can have you up to the train station or Lakeside in 10 minutes.
Why would you want to live anywhere else!

Ocean Reef Beaumaris Estate is a great place to live, easy access to everything, minutes from the beach, minutes from the shops, parks and a great bus service to Joondalup. The neighborhood, is established and safe and people are genuinely friendly without being intrusive. The other great ascpect is the schools in the area, Beaumaris Primary School is a great plac for your children to get educated and even though mine have now left school and University they still have very fond moments of their time there. In addition there is St Simon Peters and High School wise- Prendiville all of which enjoy a great reputation.
Would not want to live or bring up my children anywhere else.
