I've been living in Palmyra for the last 3 years and have loved living in the area. I live in a villa group of 8 and all neighbours are good quality friendly people of all ages. The suburb has soul and character with a variety of different individual houses of all decades. Its 10 mins to freo, 5mins to the river, 15mins to Garden City, so location is fantastic. The only negative is it is expensive to buy, especially when you think of the block size (a lot of half blocks usually 450 - 550 sqm) compared to some other surrounding suburbs.
