Drummoyne
"A lovely suburb by the bay within close proximity to the CBD and other suburbs north,south and west"
Absolutely adore living in Drummoyne. Have been living here for over 15 years and am quite a devotee. Love the vicinity to the city, Balmain, Chatswood and close to all amenities. I walk the Bay run most days at all sorts of hours sometimes late into the night and am fortunate to live in such a wonderful safe suburb. It has good shopping via Birkenhead point and good public transport on Victoria Rd. Best of all it has wonderful water views..if you can afford them. There is much to enjoy about this suburb.

- Lovely walks through parks adjoining harbour
- Quiet
- Safe and secure
- Speedy bus connections to the City (15min in peak)
Not great for
- Victoria Rd during peak hour
- Aircraft noise can be bothersome
- Lyons Rd traffic
