We moved to Upper Kedron about 18 months ago. We love it. We feel like we live amongst the trees but with all of the advantages of modern suburbia. The parks and gardens are excellent and its very quiet and friendly. We love the fact that it's so close to the city and inner suburbs but houses are fairly new and low maintenance. There is a wonderful reserve for our kids with excellent playground equipment and dogs are well catered for with 2 large off-leash areas within easy walking or driving. While Upper Kedron has no shops of its own, there is a very convenient small shopping centre with a Coles just 5 minutes drive away, or a larger shopping centre at Keperra, 10 minutes away. In short we think it's one of the best little secrets on the north side of Brisbane!
