After purchasing a block in the new section of Sanctuary Cove 6 years ago and building I understand why people love it so much. Having one young child it’s a safe and very pleasant place to bring up your family.
Security is brilliant and peace of mind when travelling that the house is secure is prices less.
There are a lot more younger families moving to the cove which has totally changed the dynamics of the place and is no longer a gods waiting room! This is the case in the whole of the "North Shore Region". The new Golf Club is brilliant with my only complaint is that it could be a little more family friendly but what a place!
What the developer is doing has been outstanding in the new product that they are creating allowing more families to purchase into sanctuary cove and enjoy as not everybody has the want or funds to live in a canal palace. Great location easy access to Brisbane for the business commute. 10 out of 10 for Family Living.
