Waterlover

Lots of families live in this street, and we all look out for one another. All the kids play together - spontaneous games of cricket and football - any and all are free to join in. The houses back onto a huge park which leads all the way to the beach - perfect for the kids to get out and play. Very quiet - a loop road - so very safe. The adults often get together for street parties, and this includes parents, grandparents, single people, everyone!! A great place to live - you can choose to join in, or choose not to, if you prefer your privacy - it's all up to you. The beach is so close it's an easy walk, but it's far enough away from West Coast highway that you don't get the noise or the fumes - perfect!!

A wonderful place to bring up kids - everyone knows everyone and people look out for one another and their kids. Quiet, safe and peaceful, with fabulous access to the beach.

Everyone is very friendly - as soon as we moved in, people came and introduced themselves, very supportive and helpful. Great family place to holiday any time of the year, Spitfarm Road backs on to the beach so you can walk out your back door directly onto the beach,
